(More customer reviews)I'm an ER nurse with the bad back that goes with the job and while the Cincher DOES get hot after running around all day, it is WELL worth it!First of all, it's easy to put on and adjust, second, the relief you experience is immediate and it puts pressure in all the right places.I like that it doesn't feel bulky and fits under my scrubs well, even helps flatten the tummy a little!Plus, it helps to prevent me from doing movements that hurt my back and I don't go home in pain after 12 hours of lifting, tugging and pulling on people.VERY NICE!I've spent hundreds of dollars on massages, rubs, and anything else that promises relief, this is the one thing that truly works!I am telling all of my co-workers and patients that come in with back pain about it!LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!If you don't have one, get one as soon as possible!
